Terms & Conditions

 

Booking:

Online or phone reservation requests are not confirmed until payment is made. Upon receipt of payment, clients will receive an email confirmation and introduction to the caregiver, who will contact the client by phone for introductions and next steps.

 

Service Confirmations:
If for any reason a client does not receive an email confirmation or if the confirmation is inaccurate, clients are encouraged to call us at 512-730-0637 or email us at info@club1co.com.

Service Areas:

We provide transportation and comfort services in the greater Austin area only.

 

Overage Charges:
We request pre-payment for all point-to-point transportation. If unforeseen circumstances arise, such as surgical delays exceeding one hour, or if the client would like to make additional stops, an hourly fee of $90 will be invoiced to the client for payment. We do not keep credit card information on file.

Liability:
Club One Medical is not responsible for passenger expenses in the event of any issue that prevents the safe execution of service. We are not responsible for service delayed or not rendered due to mother nature or to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, breakdowns due to mechanical failure, traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, etc. In cases where we cannot dispatch a vehicle because of mechanical difficulties or an extreme weather hazard, either a replacement vehicle or full refund will be offered.

 

Club One Medical caregivers are non-medical, caring individuals who ensure a client is safe and comfortable after procedures.

 

Club One Medical caregivers will ask permission prior to entering a client’s home for pick up and/or drop off. Upon the caregiver’s departure, the client will be asked to lock and secure the premises to ensure their safety.

 

Lost/Forgotten Items:

Club One Medical is not responsible for items left in our vehicles. However, when exiting the vehicle, we do our best to check for any belongings the client may have unintentionally left behind. We ask clients to check for their valuables before they leave the vehicle. If something is found, we will contact the client to return the item.

 

Regurgitation:
If regurgitation or any bodily fluid seepage occurs in our vehicles, a $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

 

Damage Fees:
Clients will be held liable for any damage that they cause to our vehicle(s). Fees will be based on the cost to repair the damage.

Other Fees:

Club One Medical Service does NOT charge for gas, tolls or booking fees. Club One Medical reserves the right to charge a $200.00 clean-up fee if there is excessively spilled fluids left in the vehicle.
